Coffee Subscriptions

Coffee subscriptions are when you set up an automatic delivery of coffee. It's the smart and easy way to get your favourite freshly roasted coffee!

You choose what you want and how often we ship it to you.

We roast your coffee to perfection, your credit/debit card is charged, and we ship it to you.

So simple, convenient and easy. And you never have to worry about running out of fresh coffee again!

With our subscriptions you always have full control.

Cancel anytime - no questions asked.

You are never locked in, never obligated, and have complete flexibility over all aspects of your subscription.

You can manage all aspects of your subscription through your Quantum Coffee account. Click the My Subscriptions button once you have logged in.

If you do not yet have an account set up, you can create a new account and your coffee subscription will automatically be linked.

If you need help creating or managing your Quantum Coffee account, please let us know and we would be happy to help you.

You can change your delivery address anytime by logging in to your Quantum Coffee account. Click the My Subscriptions button, then the Address and Shipping Information section. Choose the Edit link, and enter your new address. Don't forget to click on the Save Changes button.

You can change your credit/debit card details anytime by logging in to your Quantum Coffee account. Click the My Subscriptions button, then the Payment Information section. Click on the Change Payment Information button - this sends an email to your inbox, from which you follow to securely change your card details.

All our subscriptions have their payments processed through Shopify Payments, which is powered by Stripe.

Coffee

Consider getting a coffee grinder at the same time to really elevate your coffee experience!

Buying whole beans and grinding them yourself will make an incredible improvement to the taste of your brew!

We roast small batches to order every day, so do not have roasted coffee sitting around becoming stale.

Freshly roasted coffee needs some time to rest and degass before it reaches it's peak flavour. We ship your coffee with this in mind, so it degasses while in transit, reaching you at its optimal.

Stored in an airtight container, whole beans generally last 2-3 weeks before significant flavour degradation.

The flavour of pre-ground coffee will degrade far quicker than this - an investment in a coffee grinder will pay huge dividends in the taste you get from your beans.

Our new coffee bags are designed to keep your coffee fresh - away from air and light.

They have a resealable zip lock so can easily be resealed once you have opened the bag.

If you squeeze the air out of the bag before resealing it, you are providing the best environment for keeping your coffee fresh.

Recycle LDPE 4

Our coffee bags can be recycled at any location that accepts soft plastics.

We have an ongoing program of planting trees to offset the carbon emissions created by our coffee roasting and the shipping of our products - visit Quantum Coffee's Forest to see how many trees we have planted!

To keep shipping packaging to a minimum while also protecting your bag of coffee, we ship it securely wrapped in recyclable brown kraft paper. And the tape is also made from paper and uses a natural rubber based adhesive.

We use an electrostatic smoke filter to scrub emissions from our coffee roaster, thereby minimising air pollution.

Our coffee bean chaff (a by-product of roasting) is composted.
